هي كيان تعليمي للتدريب اللاهوتي، متعدد الجنسيات والمواقع والمستويات ؛ تابع لإقليم الإسكندرية للكنيسة الأسقفية /الأنجليكانية ، متخذا الاسم العريق لمدرسة لاهوت الإسكندرية لإحياء التسمية الأصلية للتعليم المسيحي في البطريركية الأولى بأفريقيا.
